Riley Industrial launched an all new safety incentive program that will go into effect in October 2023.
Through the program, employees and teams can earn points by learning about and demonstrating on ongoing commitment to safety.
The points can be redeemed for prizes and rewards after demonstrating incident free, safe operations over longer and longer periods of time.
The program also offers employees chances to participate in companywide and national drawings for larger prizes and incentives.
Our intent is for this program to inspire our employees to always keep safety in mind, every day, all day, so that they can continue to show up for their loved ones.
